BOOTY BUILDING WORKOUT 1⃣ 10 min warmup on stair master 2⃣ 5 sets of 15 reps barbell walking lunges 3⃣ 4 sets of 10 per leg split leg squats on smith machine 4⃣ 3 sets of 12 dumbell Romanian dead lifts 5⃣ 3x 6 heavy leg press (toes angles outwards stance wide apart to activate glutes and hamstrings 6⃣ End with 3 sets of 20 barbell wide stance squats This workout really focuses on hamstrings and the booty!
