I love hummus now, its healthy too! I use it as dip for veggies and sweet potatoes or on bread. •what do you need: around 150gr canned and drained chickpeas, 1tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp tahini or more olive oil, and optional spices: paprikapowder, chili, ginger, salt, coriander, cayenne peper. •how to make: blend everything together till its smooth. You can add more olive oil or tahini for a more smooth and soft hummus.
