Some late night #fitspiration long story short: i started clean eating 11 weeks ago, working out 8 weeks ago and hard training 5 weeks ago, the reason i started working two weeeks after starting my diet is to get a little bit ahead of myself and burning some fat while getting lean, i started taking hydroxicut but then i stopped after a few days cause it made me feel weird and in a bad mood, during those first two weeks i did some abs workouts with/ without weights. Then i started going to the gym, thw first 3 weeks were to get me used to the weights getting heavier as time passed by , and to of course start loving my routine, after those three weeks passed its when it started
